* Please Note: "e;Delivery Confirmation"e;, used for US Postal Service shipments, is NOT a "e;tracking"e; service. While this delivery confirmation number MAY provide en route status, that status may not be accurate or current. USPS often does not update that information until the item is delivered. USPS may also provide status saying they've only received "e;electronic confirmation"e; of shipment. This does NOT mean that we have not shipped your order. It means that USPS hasn't yet scanned your item into the mail system. The item is en route, despite not yet being scanned by USPS. You can check the delivery status of your package by going to:

Additionally:
1) Orders shipped to APO/FPO and other military destinations will not have a tracking number
2) Tracking numbers starting with "e;1Z"e; are UPS and can be tracked at
www.ups.com
3) Tracking numbers other than those described above (and usually 12 digits) are FedEx numbers and can be tracked at
www.fedex.com
4) If your tracking number area is blank, this means that the order shipped (on the date indicated), but the tracking number had not yet been verified/entered in our system.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once there, choose "e;Open and Recently Shipped Orders."e; If shipped you will be responsible for shipping fees paid during your purcahse. Please email us or call us and we will send a pre paid poastage return for to you.
