He has owned and operated plumbing companies in both Virginia and Maine, and has taught plumbing code and apprenticeship classes at the Central Maine Technical College. His previous books include National Plumbing Codes Handbook, The Plumbing Apprentice Handbook, The Plumbers Troubleshooting Guide, and Plumbers Quick Reference Manual. He lives in Fort Fairfield, Maine.
